Product management

A clearer product catalog and a consistent basis for day-to-day listing maintenance.

WHAT IT DOES

  • Product information: Organize product identifiers, seller SKUs, titles, descriptions and attributes so your team can find the information used by each authorized store.

  • Listing maintenance: Review existing listing content and maintain the product information that needs to change, with a clear association between each listing and its seller account.

  • Listing updates: Submit changes to supported listing fields within the permissions granted by the seller, helping the team carry out routine product information updates.

  • Operational review: Use the listing information available from Amazon to check the content used in daily operations and identify items that need further maintenance.

DATA IN SCOPE

Authorized seller and marketplace identifiers, ASIN, SKU, product titles, descriptions, attributes and listing information. Available fields depend on the seller’s permissions and the relevant Amazon interface.

Inventory management

Make stock checks more organized and replenishment decisions better informed.

WHAT IT DOES

  • Inventory synchronization: Bring inventory quantities from authorized stores into a consistent view, helping the team review stock information without repeatedly collecting it by hand.

  • Stock visibility: Review available quantities and other supported inventory states by SKU to understand which products are ready for sale and which need attention.

  • Inventory changes: Follow changes in stock alongside order activity to support daily stock checks and assessment of product turnover.

  • Replenishment reference: Use inventory levels and sales activity as a reference when planning replenishment quantities and timing. Sellers remain responsible for purchasing and replenishment decisions.

DATA IN SCOPE

Authorized store and marketplace, SKU, inventory quantities, available inventory states, stock changes and related sales quantities. Update timing follows the available source data and agreed service scope.

Order tracking

Understand order activity from the business information your team actually needs.

WHAT IT DOES

  • Order records: Organize non-PII order information by the authorized store, including order references, order times and available status information.

  • Progress tracking: Follow order status changes to help the team review pending, completed or canceled activity as reported by Amazon.

  • Item-level visibility: Review the products and quantities associated with an order, providing a business record for operational checks and sales summaries.

  • Sales summaries: Summarize order quantities and sales amounts to support day-to-day reporting. This scope does not include buyer names, shipping addresses, phone numbers or buyer-address-based shipping labels.

DATA IN SCOPE

Non-PII seller and marketplace references, order identifiers, order times, statuses, SKU or other product identifiers, quantities and sales amounts. Only fields available under the authorized non-restricted access are used.

FBA management

Follow the inbound process from shipment records to reported receiving and inventory.

WHAT IT DOES

  • Inbound shipment visibility: Organize inbound shipment references and associated product information so the team can find the shipments and SKUs it needs to follow.

  • Shipment progress: Track inbound statuses reported by Amazon and review where a shipment stands in the receiving process.

  • Receiving reconciliation: Compare shipped quantities with reported received quantities by product, providing a reference for identifying differences that need manual follow-up.

  • Inventory connection: Review FBA stock information alongside receiving progress to support inventory checks and subsequent replenishment planning.

DATA IN SCOPE

Authorized seller information, inbound shipment references, shipment statuses, SKU, shipped quantities, received quantities and available FBA inventory information.

Business analytics

Turn your own business records into a clearer basis for review and decision-making.

WHAT IT DOES

  • Business data collection: Organize the sales, transaction and fee reports available for the authorized seller, providing a consistent starting point for operational reporting.

  • Sales performance: Review sales quantities and amounts by product or reporting period to understand changes in the seller’s own business.

  • Fee review: Categorize available fee information and compare it with related business records, helping the team review expenses and follow up on reconciliation differences.

  • Business reporting: Present sales and expense information in reports for the authorized seller’s own operations. The service does not pool unrelated sellers’ data or use it for cross-seller benchmarking.

DATA IN SCOPE

Authorized store sales reports, transaction or settlement information, fee reports, product references and reporting periods. Figures are interpreted according to the source report’s currency and reporting basis.

Advertising & marketing

Understand advertising expenditure and marketing results using the data available to your business.

WHAT IT DOES

  • Advertising cost review: Organize cost information from separately authorized advertising accounts to help the team understand advertising expenditure.

  • Promotion performance: Review available promotion reports and supported metrics, such as conversion rates and sales changes. Report updates follow the availability and reporting periods of the source data.

  • Business expense analysis: Review advertising costs alongside available sales, FBA fees and return-related expenses for the same authorized business, providing a reference for cost analysis and operational review.

DATA IN SCOPE

Separately authorized advertising costs, available promotional results and related business expenses. Supported reports, metrics and update timing depend on platform availability and the agreed service scope.

ACCESS & SERVICE SCOPE

Advertising account access requires separate authorization and applicable Amazon Ads API approval. Promotion reporting depends on the tools and permissions supported by the platform. SP-API authorization alone does not grant advertising account access.

A clear boundary around your data.

These services do not access Amazon buyer names, shipping addresses or phone numbers. We do not offer buyer-address-based shipping labels or direct-to-consumer delivery within this scope.

You control authorization.

Access is granted through Amazon’s authorization process. You can revoke authorization through Amazon and contact us to request deletion of service data. Never send your Amazon password by email.
