SP-API service statement
Yuancai Seller Operations is software provided by Shenzhen Yuancai Technology Co., Ltd. for Amazon selling partners. With the seller’s explicit authorization, the SP-API service scope covers product and listing management, inventory management, non-PII order tracking, FBA inbound shipment and receiving queries, and sales and fee reporting. Access is limited to the permissions needed for the agreed functions. We do not request restricted roles for buyer personal information.
Advertising reporting is a separate service requiring applicable Amazon Ads API approval and separate advertising account authorization. It is not granted by SP-API authorization. Data is used only for the authorized customer’s agreed services, subject to applicable Amazon policies.

02Information in scope
With a seller’s authorization, our services process product and listing information, inventory quantities, non-PII order status and item information, FBA inbound shipment and receiving data, and sales and fee reports. Advertising and marketing services also process separately authorized advertising costs, promotional activity information and available performance metrics. Advertising data access through Amazon Ads API requires the relevant approval and separate account authorization; promotion services depend on supported platform tools and permissions. We do not request restricted access to Amazon buyer personal information or collect buyer names, shipping addresses or phone numbers through these services.
If you contact us, we receive the email address and information you choose to include in your enquiry. Please do not include buyer personal information, account passwords or access credentials. The website does not provide a registration, payment or file-upload form.
03How information is used
Seller business data is used to provide the agreed product, inventory, order tracking, FBA and reporting functions for the authorized seller, and to support those services. Contact information is used to respond to enquiries, discuss quotations and handle support or privacy requests.
Advertising and marketing data is used only to provide the agreed services for the account that authorized access. SP-API business data is not used for advertising targeting. We do not sell or rent Amazon data, use it for our own marketing or unrelated third-party advertising, or combine unrelated sellers’ data for cross-seller benchmarking.
04Authorization and access
Seller data access requires the seller’s authorization through Amazon. Advertising account access requires separate authorization and applicable Amazon Ads API approval. Access is limited to the permissions needed for the agreed service. You can revoke authorization using Amazon’s account controls. Revocation ends future authorized access; you can also contact us to request deletion of data already held for the service.
05Storage and protection
Our data handling follows limited access, data minimization and use only for the agreed service. Business data access is limited to personnel and service providers who need it to deliver or support that service, subject to confidentiality obligations.
If we detect a security incident affecting information covered by Amazon’s Data Protection Policy, we will notify Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection, take steps to contain and investigate the incident, and document the response. We will notify affected parties and relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
06Sharing and service providers
We do not share seller data with unrelated sellers or advertisers. Where hosting or technical support providers are needed to deliver the service, access is limited to what is necessary for that purpose, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Any handling of Amazon data remains subject to applicable Amazon policies.
07Retention and deletion
We retain service data only for as long as strictly necessary to provide the agreed service or meet applicable legal, tax or regulatory obligations.
For information covered by Amazon’s Data Protection Policy, we will permanently and securely delete it within 30 days of the earliest applicable event: Amazon issues a deletion notice; the customer revokes authorization, terminates or otherwise removes our access; we determine that we are no longer authorized or entitled to access or process the information; or participation in the relevant Amazon services ends or expires. This includes live and network-accessible copies. Backups are included in the deletion process and must not be restored for continued business use. Where retention is required by law, use is restricted to that obligation.
Enquiry correspondence is retained only as needed to respond to the enquiry and handle related service matters or legal obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion of your contact information or service data by email. We may verify your identity and authority before acting on the request and will explain any applicable retention exception.
08Website storage and external links
The website uses a language preference during your visit. It does not integrate advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. Your email application or an external website opened through a link is governed by that provider’s own privacy practices.
09Policy updates and contact
This policy may be updated when services or data practices change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version. For questions, support or a data deletion request, email hlzhjl2026@163.com and identify the relevant service or seller account without including passwords or buyer personal data.
